NearChatZ app for iPhone and iPad

This app is for you and your near friends. It works best with a few modern iPads but any iPhone (4S or better) or recent iPod will do fine too. IOS7 or higher.

Around a family diner table or in a club to stay connected. Maybe you even meet some unexpected new contacts. Just tab on the top-left button and to connect to others in the room and choose one to enter a chat. No need to be real close or be on the internet. A connection to the same Wifi network or at Bluetooth distance is enough. Privacy guaranteed. No need to have an account to some service provider and no chats are stored anywhere.

You can change the name you are broadcasting with if you want. Up to 8 devices can connect to each other.

The app was originally designed to get a deaf family member or friend better involved in the conversation with the hearing people in the room or around the table. People less mobile might benefit from the app as well for the same reasons. There is no need anymore to pass an iPad or iPhone with Notes or alike from one person to another. Everybody can join or view the conversation with their own device using this app.
